| General Note To Participants |

| It is expected that all attendees who are members with the Jissen Kobudo Jinenkan wear the appropriate uniform when training. If you are attending but are not a member, a black gi and white belt is appropriate attire. |

| Testing information and rules: |
| |
| 1) Rank testing will be available to all registered attendees who are members in good standing in the Jissen Kobudo Jinenkan. |
| |
| 2) If testing is desired, please indicate such in the appropriate portion of the registration form. |
| |
| 3) All testing cantdidates must be in proper attire for Jinenkan Members, including blue keiko gi WITH PATCHES. |
| |
| 4) The testing fee is $10.00 US payable before the test to the presiding Dojo-cho. |
| |
| Private training (PT): |
| |
| 1) Private training with Unsui Sensei is only available for yudansha ranked nidan and above. For lessons for up to four people (Private PT), the cost is $45 per person per hour. For groups from 5-10 people (Semi-private PT) the cost is $180 per hour, split amongst the participants. PT is scheduled by the 1/2 hour. |

| 2) For private training for individuals ranked through Shodan, the majority of active Jinenkan dojo-cho will be present and available to provide PT. Please contact them individually to make the appropriate arrangements. |

| 3) The scheduling of PT is on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| |
| 4) PT scheduling will only be comfirmed upon receipt of registration with deposit. |

| One testing sheet per kyu rank test and 2 for each dan rank test will be provided on-site for the judge(s) of each rank test. However, there may be additional dojo-cho present to witness your test who are not the official judge. If you would like be provided with the comments of these dojo cho as well as those of the judges, we recommend you bring extra testing sheets for that purpose. | Transportation To Milford, CT |

The Milford area is served by the Metro North commuter railway and it has its own station (Milford) located on the New Haven line. Additionally, Milford is only 15 minutes away from the city of New Haven, which has an Amtrak Railway station. The closest airport to the Milford area is Tweed New Haven Regional Airport, but this airport has only limited service. The closest full-service domestic airport is Bradley international, which is approximately 1 hour from Milford by car. There is no rail service between Bradley and Milford and a car is required. For international travelers, your best options are to fly into Newark International or Kennedy International airports. You can get to Milford from these airports by taking the train into NYC and taking either Metro North or Amtrak trains from Grand Central Station as described above.
